Lovely cottage, everything you could possibly want from a countryside cottage. The cottage itself is a little way away from any shops, restaurants or pubs. Absolutely fantastic stay, lovely property. Guest, London, November 2016
John & Lucy were fantastic, as was their house. The cottage was beautiful in a lovely quiet country setting. It was equipped with everything you could possibly want & more; from games to cooking equipment. Everything was spotless on arrival and in great condition. Lucy and John were on hand before & during our trip to answer any questions we had. We were 3 couples looking for a relaxing fun get away & this was the PERFECT place. Can't recommend enough!
Thank you so much for letting us stay in your lovely cottage. We had a fabulous time and would highly recommend it to others. We loved how well equipped everything was, how clean and how well everything organised. Thank you! Guest, London, October 2016
We were given a very warm & friendly welcome by both John & Lucy as soon as we arrived. They explained a few bits to us and then left us to enjoy our break. The accommodation was better than expected with plenty of pots, pans, cutlery, bedding... etc. We had 4 very happy children who loved the space, especially the hot tub! There is a bookshelf in the lobby of the property which is brimming full of tourist info, book & games. Everything worked perfectly with the exception of the internet, which was a bit slow at best, but that wouldn't put me off staying here again or indeed recommending this place to anyone. In summary, a big thumbs up to John & Lucy for such a brilliant place!!
It's set in acres of farmland in a rural area. The property itself is very modern. Guest, East Anglia, September 2016
Wonderful cottage with all necessities covered for a memorable stay! Perfect location and so easy. Big thanks to John and Lucy :) Guest, London, August,2016
Beautiful cottage in a beautiful farm. The bedrooms are clean and good in size. Well equipped kitchen and spacious living room. Guest, Saudi Arabia, August, 2016
We were made to feel very welcome and the homemade jam pie was fantastic! A lovely cottage in a lovely location! A perfect area to have breakfast outside in the sunshine with a BBQ located right next to the house. Highly recommended! Guest, London, August, 2016
The house is light and spacious with a large family sized kitchen equipped with everything you could possibly need. The hot tub is well maintained and clean. A good aspect of this is that you can book times for usage insuring that you get privacy from other guests. The location is great with stunning scenery. Just a ten minute drive into the local town Llandovery which is charming and has nice places to eat. We had a really nice stay and would definitely book again. Great value for money. Guest, Eastbourne, August, 2016

John and Lucy have a lovely cottage here in beautiful Welsh countryside. A spacious and well equipped kitchen, everything was spotlessly clean, nothing was too much trouble and our stay was very comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer. Fantastic location and very clean, well laid out accommodation. Guest, Pen-ffordd, July, 2016
The cottage was perfect for our needs and nestled in a pristinely beautiful spot. We made a last minute booking and were delighted to find the cottage surpassed all our expectations and that everything concerning the booking was very straight forward. The hosts were very helpful and have finished the properties to a very high standard. Thank you. Guest, England, July, 2016
Had a lovely weekend staying at the Peregrine cottage. Lovely accommodation, hot tub was fab, had some lovely walks of the local area. Would definitely return. Every last detail had been thought of e.g tea, coffee, washing up equipment provided, also the home made cake was so kind, thank you!! Guest, Hebron, July, 2016
Old stables done up to a very high standard. Really well equipped. Very spacious, comfortable and clean. Excellent information provided. Thank you for a very comfortable stay. Easily the best equipped and comfortable place we have stayed in. Guest, New Zealand, July, 2016
"Our big party of family and friends (more than 30 at times!) loved our 5 cottages at Cynghordy. The situation was beautiful and the cottages all very comfortable and furnished and equipped to a very high standard. I was expecting a more basic standard as the place was incredible value do it was nice for expectations to be exceeded! The kitchens were particularly excellent with immaculate appliances and heaps of pots and pans and crockery.
The area was fantastic with something for everyone, separately or together.
And John and Lucy could not have been more helpful! " Guests, England, August, 2016
