Ivy Cottages are a pair of traditional semi detached cottages recently refurbished to our established 5* standard. Oxwich View sleeps 6 in 3 flexible double/twin rooms, and Port Eynon Beach sleeps 8, in 4 flexible double/twin rooms. The 2 cottages can be linked via communicating doors on the first floor and let as a single unit sleeping 14 persons. There is a good sized garden with patio and barbecue area for guests to enjoy and a play area for children. There is adequate parking for several cars.

Oxwich View is entered via a porch with cloakroom leading to a fully fitted kitchen. There is a large lounge and dining room with wood burning stove, Freeview TV, WIFI, DVD player and games console. The bedrooms can be set up as twins or doubles, one of which is en suite.

Port Eynon Beach has a cloak room, large fitted kitchen, dining room, and lounge with stairs leading to the first floor sleeping accommodation. There is one double/twin bedroom on the ground floor with en suite, suitable for elderly or disabled guests. The 3 first floor bedrooms are 2 flexible double/twins, one with en suite, and a double. There is also a family bathroom. All fixtures and fittings are 5* standard.

Ivy Cottages are 100m from the beach with a pub and first class restaurant close at hand. The beach is sandy with some shingle and is backed by dunes extending to the East along to Horton. Port Eynon was traditionally a fishing village, and the random nature of development over the years has resulted in a charming village at the end of the road at the most Southerly point of the Gower Peninsular. The approach to the village sees a dramatic view from the top of the hill over the top of the houses to the sea stretching as far as the horizon, which then winds down the hill into the heart of the village.
