Breath taking mountainous views are on offer from almost every room at Biallid House, which lies in the Cairngorm National Park, the largest in Britain. Comfortably sleeping up to 15 in seven bedrooms, this large house is ideal for group celebrations, as well as family holidays.
Set at the end of a private drive, the house is nicely secluded without being too far from local attractions, shops and restaurants. There are plenty of walks accessible from the front door, which will suit all levels of experience and dogs are guaranteed to love the large garden.
Downstairs there is ample space for large gatherings with its wonderful Drawing Room at the heart of the house. Here guests can watch TV or soak in the warmth of the open fireplace. A separate Morning Room provides a comfy relaxed area for quiet conversations, as well as evening drinks and reading. The separate and very handy games room is also an alternative place for children and adults alike to enjoy a few hands of cards or play one of the other many games provided.
Biallid's dining room is large and elegant with a period wood table providing the ideal place to enjoy family meals or group celebrations, which can easily be created in the well-equipped kitchen complete with serving hatch. The kitchen features a lovely Aga, as well as separate electric hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the utility room, which also houses an additional freezer and boot rack.
There are seven bedrooms at Biallid, these include a downstairs double with en-suite, a Master Bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite, two standard doubles, two twins and a triple. There are also three family bathrooms at Biallid, two of which are fitted with bath and overhead shower.
Biallid is located just a short walk from Newtonmore, where you can take part in the Wild Cat Trail, visit the Clan Macpherson museum or enjoy the delights of one of its many tearooms and restaurants. There are also excellent walks, cycling routes and outdoor adventures to pursue in the local area, as well as a riding stables next door to Biallid.
Prices range from £995 for seven nights in the winter to £2,500.00 for seven nights over Christmas and New Year.

Dogs are more than welcome at Biallid and are charged at £20 each.
