Kinsale is a modern semi-detached weatherboard town house situated in the coastal town of Broadstairs and can sleep ten people in one ground floor double with basin and WC, two second floor doubles (one with en-suite) and a third floor family room. There is also a family bathroom on the second floor. The rest of the cottage contains a first floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining and sitting area. To the outside there is off road parking for one car, secure bike storage and an enclosed lawned garden with decked terrace with furniture and an additional patio area. The beach is within walking distance and there are museums, historic houses and shops to explore, making Kinsale an excellent seaside family base.

Four bedrooms: 1 x ground floor double with en-suite basin and WC, 1 x second floor double with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, 1 x second floor double with Juliet balcony, 1 x third floor family room with 2 singles and 1 adult bunks. Second floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. First floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining area (seats 8) and sitting area (seats 8).
Gas central heating. Electric oven and 5-burner gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, DVD, radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair, booster seat and 2 x stairgates. Off road parking for 2 cars, pay and display car park next door charged at £4 per day. Secure bike storage. Fully enclosed small decked terrace with lawned area and furniture. Small patio area with access from side entrance and ground floor bedroom. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Beach 7 mins walk. Note: Max 6 adults. Note: No stag/hen or similar. Note: This cottage is a townhouse with living accommodation on the first floor, not suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: This cottage is built on an incline. Note: Access to rear garden from side entrance is via steps. Note: The garden is tiered with four steps from the terrace to the lawned area.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
