The Coach House is surrounded by farmland between the town of Monmouth and village of Rockfield. It sleeps up to 20 people in its 7 bedrooms. It has 6 ensuite bathrooms each with jacuzzi baths and power showers over the baths. All the bedrooms open off the main living area which has a large through sitting room/dining room built around a shared woodburner.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a 6 gas burner/1.5 electric ovens range, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven and enough cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware for 20 guests.

There is no enclosed garden as such however there are large lawned areas to the front and the side of the property along with a private south west facing patio which gets summer sunshine from noon until sunset. The patio has garden tables and chairs to seat 20 as well as a couple of charcoal barbeques.

There is plenty of parking to the front of the property with space for up to 10 cars.

5 of the 7 bedrooms are large and can easily accommodate extra single or z-beds if required. The other 2 bedrooms are part of a suite which also has a small sitting room with double sofabed. The bedrooms include 2 ensuite family rooms each with a ks and single bed, 2 ensuite twin rooms, an ensuite double room and the suite which has a twin and a double bedroom sharing a bathroom. All the ks beds are zip linked which can be made into twins if required.

The accommodation is all on 1 level other than 3 steps leading up from the sitting area to the dining area. We do have ramps which can be placed over the steps to aid wheelchair users.

The Coach House is a part of the world famous Rockfield Recording Studios and is a mile from the market town of Monmouth. The Wye Valley and Tintern Abbey are a short drive away as is the Forest of Dean with its wonderful walking and mountain biking opportunities. Abergavenny and the Black Mountains/Brecon Beacons National Park is just 15 miles away. The closest mainline train stations are Newport (Gwent) and Hereford, both less than 25 miles away.
