Head up the coast to Mablethorpe to visit The Mablethorpe Seal Sanctuary and Wildlife Centre, home to not just cute seals but also meerkats, reptiles, birds of prey and a Eurasian lynx, perfect for all the family! You can embark on a walk along the coast further south. If you drive down to the North Sea Observatory at Chapel Point, a spectacular building open all year round with a café and an art space, you can enjoy some fantastic bird watching from here as well as the beautiful views of the sea. Another fascinating attraction celebrating the natural landscapes is The Cloud Bar at Anderby Creek, the world’s first dedicated cloud observation platform with sky mirrors and set in an elevated position, it’s great for taking time out to look up and appreciate the weather even on an overcast day.
