This delightful cottage is set less than a mile from Blakeney quay. Blakeney is a popular sailing harbour on the Norfolk coast, with a choice of excellent pubs, restaurants and independent shops. From Blakeney Point you can take a boat trip to see a colony of seals, and there are plenty of nature reserves in the area, including rspb Titchwell and Pensthorpe Natural Park. Blakeney is a great area for sailing, bird watching and walking. Nearby are plenty of beautiful beaches and coastal towns including Wells next the Sea, Heacham, Burnham Market and Hunstanton, and there are thriving market towns inland including Holt and Fakenham. You could also visit Sandringham, Houghton Hall or the 2,000 acre Holkham Estate. On entering this charming detached cottage, which is built in the traditional Norfolk brick and flint style, you will find yourself in the welcoming and comfortable lounge. Stepping outside, you will find an enclosed front garden, and an enclosed south facing rear garden. There is a paved patio area with garden furniture and a BBQ, allowing you to sit back and dine al fresco. Off road parking is available for two cars.
