A lovely, comfortable cottage in a pretty location - we enjoyed watching the lambs from the kitchen window. The garden was great for the dog.

A beautiful cottage set in a wonderful part of the world. As keen wildlife watchers, it is perfectly positioned to explore the Weardale area. Would have no hesitation in booking again if we are in the area.

We had the most amazing time at The Beeches everything was just perfect and couldn’t find any fault whatsoever during our stay. Loved the enclosed garden so our wee dog could not escape and the milk and cakes were a lovely touch after a 5hr journey to get there. The cottage is absolutely stunning, great location and loved being on a farm seeing all the lambs we even had the brief pleasure of watching the boarder collies work them. Definitely will return again, thank you!
