The location was excellent. Not too far from places we visited eg; Chatsworth House, Abraham Heights, Carsington Reservoir. Good local shops nearby for last minute bits and bobs. We enjoyed our time here and were sad to leave. The cottage is spacious, light and airy and fit 2 adults and 3 teenagers comfortably. The welcome gifts by the host Janet were really thoughtful and appreciated. All items in the home were of good quality and well taken care of. We didn’t get a chance to use the little den, but we had a look around and it was very unique and a fun addition. All credit goes to Janet and Steve. They have a beautiful property. The best bit for me was the super comfortable king size bed in the master bedroom. Superb.
