Fabulous cottage, well appointed, very clean and ideally located for the town and harbour. The decor was tasteful. Lovely white fluffy towels, good quality linen, good TV and WiFi, well stocked with everything that you would need (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, lots of toilet rolls, cling film, baking foil etc). Also a generous gift of bread, butter, eggs, milk, biscuits, crackers, tea and even Cornish chocolate. There is a carport with an electric point and a lovely well maintained private garden. Lawn Cottage is one of the best properties we've ever stayed in when down in Cornwall and I would strongly recommend it. Perfectly located, 3 good size bedrooms (all with en suites), lovely courtyard garden, great quality bed and bath linen, Loaf sofas and a very well equipped kitchen with high quality utensils, crockery and electrical goods. Plus the under floor heating throughout the ground floor meant it was particularly cosy on some of the wilder, wetter days we had! The off-road (and spacious) parking is a godsend in Padstow too. We were 3 adults and we found the living space just perfect. Top marks all round.
