The house is nicely decorated and feels homely. Sleeps six comfortably with a nice en suite in the main bedroom. All mod cons are there including smart speakers. The walk into the town centre is quite long and is a steep climb on the return journey. Would definitely recommend.

Cottage very good - location very hilly - should put No 90 Bus route as option in details - surprised no hair dryer & limited type of drinking glasses (no real beer glasses) no butter dish cover and confusion on rubbish someone - (not us) put out black bin bags out of the boxes after we arrived on the Saturday near the gate that were not collected and remained with ours after we left the property the following Saturday - otherwise a very lovely place to stay

We have been to Dartmouth before and enjoy the area very much. As written in the guest book for feedback; Really needs another sofa in lounge if more than two people staying as two club chairs and a window seat wouldn’t suit 6 comfortably. In the kitchen a teapot, butter dish and plastic cooking utensil with holes to drain poached eggs would be a welcome addition. A pint of milk on arrival would also be thoughtful after long journeys as this is quite usual in most holiday lets. Have recommended the house to other family members.
