As we weren't allowed to access the property until 4pm, we assumed this was due to it undergoing a deep clean from the previous occupants. However, we noted that it hadn't been deep cleaned as we envisaged. The skirting boards were dirty and the walls, especially in the front room were very dusty. The rest of the rooms were cleaned to a good standard. We also mark it down slightly as we thought there should be a handrail installed alongside the steps leading from the front room to the patio area. We were also disappointed that although the kitchen had plenty of gadgets and equipment - there wasn't a teapot to be found!
