Dartmouth is one of the most well-liked tourist sites in Devon because of its location in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and proximity to the shore. It boasts a beautiful waterfront, historic, winding alleys lined with quaint shops, eateries, and art galleries, as well as a variety of regional events like the yearly Dart Music Festival, the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta, and the October Dartmouth Food Festival.     The position was excellent all information given was accurate. My only comment would be that when we arrived the property smelt a bit musty and stale. This did wear off after a few days with the windows open and some heating on. . It felt as though the property had been empty for a while. . A previous review said it was a lovely house, where it is but it could do with up dating and we would agree with this.
