Orchard Manor is located on the outskirts of the pretty town of Winchcombe. Lovingly restored by the owners, it is tastefully furnished throughout with a luxurious blend of antique elegance and contemporary features.
A gravel driveway leads around the house, allowing off road parking for up to five cars. Once through the entrance hall, enter the modern, fully fitted kitchen and scullery, well-equipped for even the keenest chef. Central to this is a large island with bar stools, making this a sociable heart to the house.
The panelled dining room has a roaring log fire and large farmhouse table seating up to ten guests, this can be turned into a snooker/pool table for after dinner entertainment. A snug/TV room with table football leads onto the main sitting room, flooded with natural light and enviable views of the stunning cottage garden. The cosy wood burning stove is set in an exposed stone fireplace, making this an ideal room to relax in, whatever the season.
Upstairs you will find five beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with exquisite furnishings and window dressings. Three bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms and there is a separate family bathroom with roll-top bath and walk-in shower.
The fabulous outdoor spa area has a sauna, shower, wood fired hot tub with wall mounted television, table tennis table and rattan chairs around the fire pit. For alfresco dining, the sun terrace housing the barbecue and hand-made outdoor dining table seating ten guests is the ideal spot. The garden also boasts a beautiful lawned area with an abundance of wild flowers and private pathways.
Please note, a £750 refundable damage security deposit to be paid directly to the owner prior to arrival.

Three generations of our family enjoyed a week’s stay at Orchard House/Manor to celebrate various birthdays and anniversaries in late May/June The quality of the property , the presentation, the facilities, the gardens and the care taken by the owner ensured that our stay met and exceeded both that promised in the property description, and our expectations. From our initial contact with the owner (Philip) to request how we wanted the rooms made-up we felt assured that our holiday satisfaction was front & centre of his thoughts, which was the case throughout our week. From the warm welcome & hamper on our arrival, along with a quite detailed information pack with helpful notes on local restaurants, attractions etc. we quickly relaxed into enjoying our week, happy in the knowledge that Philip was at the end of a 'phone to assist should we need anything. We only needed to contact him the once when the internet connection dropped out, which he had fixed remotely within minutes. A memorable stay.

8 of us and 1 toddler stayed at Orchard Manor in September for 3 nights. Phillip was very welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible stay ever. Before we arrived, I spoke to Phillip on the phone where he made arrangements for stair gates and a high chair for the 1-year-old we had coming. Upon arrival, Phillip showed us where everything was and how the hot tub, sauna and pool table worked which we loved making use of throughout the weekend! The whole place was very clean and the welcome basket was a nice touch! Location wise, there are a few local pubs. We ended up getting a cheap taxi into Cheltenham for a couple of nights which has lots of pubs and restaurants. There are also lots of very nice walks in the area too. When leaving one of our party left a bag at the property. Phillip arranged for this to be sent back to us via a courier at his expense which we really appreciated. The only fault with this place for us is that we didn't stay for longer! Highly recommended!!
