Located at the rear of the property is a handy shower room, perfect for washing those sandy toes after a day exploring the Suffolk Coast. Upstairs there are four sumptuous bedrooms, offering a welcoming space to retreat too, complete with family bathroom with separate shower. Brook House is within easy reach of the East Suffolk Heritage Coast which has loads of beautiful walks and cycle rise with some breath-taking views along the way and both Orford and Aldeburgh are both just a short drive away offering a traditional English experience at its best. Southwold is home to the famous Adnams Brewery which is well worth a visit and if you fancy any more tipple tours then check out the English Whiskey Company, Shawsgate Vineyard and Valley Farm Vineyard, all within a short drive. Other attractions include Framlinghams famous ‘Castle on the Hill’, Halesworth Museum, Oasis Camel Park, Go Ape Thetford, Ellough Park Kart Circuit and Yoxford Antiques Centre and Gardens. The beautiful market town of Framlingham is mentioned in the Domesday Book (1086) and has been known since Anglo Saxon times, when it consisted of several manors which William the Conqueror (1066-1087) presented to Roger Bigod. The town is of particular interest as it has a large castle and mere which was built between 1190 and 1210. The town is surrounded by lovely villages to explore and has two of the oldest working post boxes and one of Britain’s smallest houses, with the footprint measuring 6.1x2.2m! Today, the town offers a number of independent shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants and it is also home to Framlingham Summer Arts Festival.
