The house on arriving was not a welcoming experience as it was very cold it would have good to have the heating programmed to come on just before the 4.00pm entry time to make it a welcoming environment Surprised that there was no welcome pack, all previous properties rented through Sykes had one, this was not shown on the website but would have been a nice touch

Campbeltown is a great place to stay with lots of facilities and some great walking in the area. Amazing sea life especially the seals and herons.
