Brooklands Cottage is stunning… just a five minute walk from the pretty village of Llanmadoc, this traditional Gower longhouse is beautifully presented with immaculate interiors for eight guests. Complete with woodburning stove and French doors onto the courtyard and lawn, this really is a house for all seasons. 

 

Stroll to The Britannia, one of the best pubs on the Gower; The Britannia is a great place for a pint over lunch with amazing views over the Loughor Estuary. Get out and about and discover this beautiful area… visit Whiteford Lighthouse and the beach. Walk around the new salt marsh awash with wildlife at Cwm Ivy. Visit Langland with its pretty beach huts, great for kayaking, paddle boarding and surfing. Perfect for a family holiday.

Main lounge: inglenook fireplace with wood burner, 2 sofas, flatscreen TV, DVD player and double doors leading to rear courtyard and garden.

Sitting room: large sofa, flatscreen TV, DVD player, double doors leading to courtyard.

Kitchen/diner: large island, electric range cooker and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave. Farmhouse dining table with seating for 8.

Shower room: double shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin.

Master bedroom: double bed

Ensuite: shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin.

Bedroom 4: twin beds, some restricted headroom due to original beams.

Notes: no smoking. Please be aware that the front and rear gardens both have drops from the lawn area so small children should be accompanied at all times. The sloped rear garden (lawned area) is set above a natural spring so at certain times of the year or during a period of prolonged rainfall it can become waterlogged, making it not suitable for use.
