Worked really well sleeping wise for 3 families. The owner was in touch constantly and fixed any minor issue we had. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Snowdonia area.

The house was beautiful inside and out; well furnished, clean and comfortable- a home from home. The kitchen was really well equipped for all our cooking needs. The views down the valley were perfect and the hot tub was a bonus. There is plenty to do in the area and we enjoyed cycling, walking and exploring the towns and villages around. We loved Bodnant Gardens and the circular walk to Aber Falls in particular. Pam was a perfect host as she was friendly, generous and attentive. I would highly recommend this place and hope to return soon.
