Windycroft is a magnificent, detached home sitting in an elevated position with some of the best views in Barmouth, Gwynedd. Boasting panoramic sea views and just a short walk from the beach, Windycroft is a superb escape for a family and their canine companion. After a day on the beach, look forward to kicking back in the lounge, featuring a Smart TV, two settees and electric fire inviting you to settle down for the evening. Allow the designated chef to become acquainted in the kitchen, boasting a lovely mix of light and dark units, along with a host of integrated appliances, including a handy washer/dryer. Whisk away upstairs and make yourself comfortable within the bedrooms, with the master boasting a king-size with Smart TV, whilst the two twin rooms featuring zip/link beds for flexibility, along with Smart TVs. Barmouth is a wonderful holiday resort, offering a friendly atmosphere with a range of amenities, including several shops, pubs, and restaurants, handy for when you fancy a night off cooking. Visit the quirky little museum and learn a thing or two about the town or head to the golden beach and test your hand at a range of watersports. The region is also a haven for walkers; take on the rugged terrains of Precipice Walk, The Mawddach Trail, and Coed y Brenin Forest Park, where you will be rewarded for your efforts with fine views across the encompassing landscapes. One of the most picturesque resorts on the Welsh coast, Barmouth is surrounded by the unrivalled splendour of the Snowdonia National Park. This traditional seaside town boasts an enormous sandy Blue Flag beach, perfect for families. A variety of shops, pubs and restaurants combined with the mild climate, make this an ideal destination for a holiday, even out of season. A paradise for walkers, climbers and cyclists, Mount Cader Idris is nearby. An abundance of wildlife along the Mawddach Estuary, trout fishing in mountain lakes, Harlech Castle, St David’s golf course and Portmeirion Italianate Village are just a handful of the many superb attractions within easy reach of this lovely spot.

3 good size bedrooms and a kitchen with plenty of useful items. House was tastefully decorated and living room very cosy. The house is in a perfect location for exploring Barmouth and surrounding areas and we had a great week stay. We would definitely recommend for families or couples and we will hopefully return.

Perfect location, a few minutes walk from the harbour, beach, shops and pub. The views are just stunning from the living room, dining room and bedrooms. The house is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Especially loved the welcome pack, a lovely touch. The bed was so comfortable and we slept so well the whole holiday. Itâs definitely the best place Iâve stayed in Barmouth and hope to stay again. Are a few steps to climb but worth it to get the views. Definitely felt fitter by the end of the holiday :)

Views were amazing. The property was very clean, and provided everything we needed for our stay. Communication with Dan was brilliant and we wouldn't have hesitated in contacting him if we had any queries. We didn't need to as it was so well organised. Probably the best place we have stayed in. As described and better. The welcome items were a lovely additional touch. Would definitely recommend.
