The Croft is a large converted stone barn set on the banks of Carsington Water, situated in the Derbyshire Dales on the edge of the Peak District close to the market towns of Ashbourne, Wirksworth, Matlock, Buxton and Bakewell.
The cottage can sleep up to 16 people in 7 bedrooms, so is perfect for family & friend gatherings, birthdays, hen dos and stag dos.
A large central hall leads to a spacious lounge with flat screen TV & DVD player and seating for 16 people.
The kitchen has fitted units and a large table big enough to accommodate 16 people dining together.
On the ground floor is one double bedroom and one family bedroom sleeping 3 with a double and a single bed plus another bedroom with 3 single beds.
Upstairs are two more double bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom with over bath shower, basin and toilet, a twin room and a bunk bed room as well as an additional shower room with shower cubicle, basin and toilet.
The property benefits from full oil central heating to keep you snug whatever the weather.
Outside there is a sunny patio & garden with a large table and a barbecue as well as stunning views across the lake.
The croft has its own parking area that can fit around 6/7 cars.
The Croft is set on a no through road which forms part of the 8 mile circular lakeside footpath/cycle track.
