An incredible property! A contemporary, luxury holiday home with a distinctive crenellated Grade II listed tower and breath taking views over Cheltenham. This beautiful home is ideal for visiting Cheltenham town centre and the famous racecourse, both of which are approximately 2-4 miles away.
Situated on Leckhampton Hill, a local beauty spot and a haven for native British wildlife, the house is set in its own 5 acres of landscaped gardens and pasture. With the stunning Cotswold Way running across the hill, this is the perfect spot for rambling enthusiasts.
Tower Hill has been designed with an eye for comfort and style. The oak and glass reception hall make an impressive entrance. Drink in the panoramic views from each reception room - the vistas stretch across the town of Cheltenham and over to the Welsh hills. The Orangery is a wonderful place for that special celebration meal and is an outstanding area from which to enjoy the views.
The main master bedroom has a 6' super king bed with beautiful views and a luxury ensuite bathroom with shower and bath. The 2nd bedroom has two singles or zip linked double with views over the garden with its own en-suite. Bedroom 3 has a 5' king size double . Bedroom 4 also has a 5' king size double bed with sofa and bedroom 5 has a 5' king size bed with double tempur mattress, sofa and wall mounted TV plus en-suite with bath and shower. Bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 all have room for an extra single bed. Bedroom 6 has a day bed that converts into a double bed in the upper part of the tower, with a cosy sitting room or bedroom area beneath. There is an annex with bedroom 8 and it has an ensuite bathroom. There is a further sleeping area for two people in open landing area if required.
Outside there is an outdoor living area with plentiful seating
In terms of architecture, Cheltenham is a real Georgian gem. The cultural capital of the Cotswolds, the town hosts a variety of festivals through out the year including: Jazz, Science, Music, The Food and Drink Festival and The Times Literature Festival.
Montpellier, The Promenade, Regent Arcade are popular destinations for luxury shopping and relaxed cafe culture. There are plenty of great places to eat within the town and there is a wealth of delightful country pubs all within a short drive.
Sporting facilities also abound in Cheltenham, with tennis, horse riding, golf, outdoor lido, indoor swimming pools, shooting school and a variety of health spas, all within a mile or two.
