Large Manor house with flexible accommodation in 15 acres of fabulous garden ideal for walkers, for the beaches, or for a big family party.
The historic house was built in 1615 for the deputy Governor of the Isle of Wight.
Furnished in a traditional style it now has up to 21 ensuite bedrooms, and can be split into one or two self-contained wings of the manor for larger or smaller groups from 6 to 36+.
The smaller West wing is particularly popular for families and groups of up to 16 in 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms with a downstairs bedroom for partially disabled.
The North Wing is equally popular with large groups with its large function room perfect for big celebratory dinner parties and has 9 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms.
Further bedrooms are available if required in the adjoining wings. The wings are interconnected and can be opened up for large group bookings.
There are wood burning stoves, open fireplaces, and pianos, so cosy in the winter and good for entertainment.
Wedding reception facilities also available for up to 75 in function room. Table tennis and full sized snooker table available.
Very good walking centre, grass tennis court in summer and exceptionally picturesque gardens.
From £700 low season mid-week in the West Wing (from £11 per person per night) to £3,400 high season weekly rate for the North Wing (from £24 per person per night).
