Kings Lodge is a spacious Farm House on the Yar Estuary providing ample space for 10 people. There is an en-suite master Bedroom, an en-suite twin room downstairs suitable for people with limited mobility, a family room sleeping four, another twin room and a large family bathroom. As there are two large living rooms it is possible to use the double futon in the living room to sleep another couple. The house is fully equipped for 12.

Estuary Cottage, sleeping 4, is close by and is ideal if Grandparents might want to be part of a family holiday but not fully in the day today melee.

200 yards away by is Kings Orchard which sleeps 12 so making it possible for larger parties to holiday together.

Kings Lodge has stunning views over the Estuary, direct access to an outdoor heated pool in summer, its own private courtyard with BBQ. The tennis Court at Kings Manor can be used and horses can be stabled or turned out to grass by arrangement. It is a great spot for family holidays having direct access to the Estaury via its own small jetty (at High Tide!) across the apple orchard. Equally it is a cosy bolt hole for winter breaks, be they a week or a few days, with an open log fire in the kitchen and in a great location for bird watching or walking. .

It is positioned on the Kings Manor Organic Farm surrounding the Estuary and is only a 10 minute walk from the local Pub. It is 5 minutes drive from the bustling port of Yarmouth and local shops. Some of the best beaches in West Wight are only 10 minutes away.

Price information

Prices range from 350 to 2550 per week.
In low season flexible short breaks can be booked and changeover day can frequently be adjusted to suit.
