A charming manor in the countryside, Villa Sutika is the ideal home for an active, playful and curious family or group of friends. Built in 1817, this exquisite villa possesses the delightful characteristics of a traditional farmhouse, with the massive garden to go with it!
Renovated in 2006, the house has an incredibly comfortable interior. The vast living room is built in an open plan style with the dining area and kitchen, creating a warm and friendly space.
There are a couple of large sofas and several comfortable chairs in front of the TV and the cosy fireplace. The kitchen is spacious, with a large American style fridge/freezer among the array of modern appliances.
There is a dining table between the two areas. There’s even a games area, complete with a pool table and table football set to keep the kids (and big kids!) entertained on a rainy day!
There are four sublime bedrooms. On each of the first and second floors, there is one double and one twin room, and the levels are divided by an elegant, floral staircase. Each is styled in the same rustic fashion, with exposed stone walls, wooden beams overhead and classical furniture.
