Stepping into the cottage you'll immediately be greeted by the modern and spacious, open-plan living/kitchen/dining area; the living area offers a large TV with sofas surrounding it, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day and catching up on your favourite TV shows. The dining area seats five people and features beautiful views out to the countryside,with patio doors that open out and let the summer's breeze filter in. The well-equipped, contemporary kitchen has everything you could need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals for your family or group. Walking through into the bedrooms, you will discover two identical double bedrooms, both with wonderful views of the surrounding countryside and big wardrobes for storage space, plus a third single bedroom mirrors the layout and features of the other two rooms. At the rear of the house is an enclosed garden for you to peacefully enjoy the fresh air and watch the sun set on the horizon. The town of Youghal is close to hand with plenty to discover, there are small beaches, which are perfect for keeping an eye on the children while they splash in the sea, a range of shops, restaurants and pubs featuring live Irish music, plus the greyhound track where you can try and spot a winner. With Cork city less than an hour away, and County Waterford around just over the border, there is plenty to see and do within easy reach of this wonderful property.

Youghal is a seaside resort resting where River Blackwater meets the sea, in County Cork. Within this historic town you will find a prom, where you can gaze at the boast docked in the harbour. From here, you can laze on the beaches, enjoy a cruise along the River Blackwater or enjoy the selection of pubs, cafes and restaurants that await you. The town also houses an 18-hole golf course and the Aura Leisure Centre with a gym and 25 metre pool.
