Located in the heart of Salobre Golf Resort on the Par 4 development, this villa is within a short walk from the majority of the facilities and amenities available on site.
The villa is built over one storey, making it ideal for those with young children, and is close to a number of our other villas, convenient if you are travelling as part of a larger group.
Well furnished and comfortably decorated throughout, the villa is full of neutral colours and basks in natural daylight due to the large windowed patio doors.
The exterior of the villa is built with outdoor living in mind. The large covered terrace is equipped with dining facilities and ample space for all the family. With Gran Canaria enjoying all year round sunshine, spend your days in the warm weather or retreat to the shade of the terrace.
The private pool is heated during the winter months but is available to use at any time of the year.
Should you wish to explore, Meloneras and Maspalomas, both of which have great beaches and town life, are not too far away.
The properties on Salobre Golf Resort surround the 18 hole golf course and offer sublime views across the resort and out to sea. A short drive will give you access to the facilities at the Sheraton hotel on resort, as well as the restaurants and the supermarket on site as well.
A beautiful large, sandy beach can be found at Maspalomas, while the closer beach and facilities at Meloneras is a short drive from the resort
Salobre Golf has a host of facilities at the hotel on resort, enjoy a relaxing spa treatment or enjoy one of the sporting facilities, which you can access for around €40 per person.
