Characterful and spacious pet friendly family cottage with en-suite Master bedroom and a log burner
Polean Farm is in a lovely rural location just two miles from historic Looe, with its harbour and great family beach, and only one mile from the harbour village of Polperro. In fact the River Pol borders the farm and a gentle stroll down a lane takes you to the harbour. In the wider area are Looe Monkey Sanctuary, Fowey, The Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, many undiscovered sandy coves, and beautiful coastal walking on the South West Coastal pathway. The seven cottages offer a wide range of accommodation suitable for both family and couples, and three are pet friendly. A major attraction at Polean is the safe location and the family friendly activities on offer. There are a variety of animals on site, with weekday daily feeding of orphaned lambs, chickens, guinea pigs and rabbits; as well pony or tractor barrel rides. The farm has a working livery yard and guests are welcome to visit the stables. A very well equipped outdoor activity play area with trampoline and indoor play barn with air-hockey, table football and pool will keep everyone happy at all times of the year.
Rosebud is a spacious corner family cottage for six. A stable door opens from the front patio area into a large fully equipped kitchen/dining room, with stairs to the first floor. Tiled floors run throughout the downstairs with rugs in the living room, where there is comfortable leather seating and a great log burner in an attractive brick fireplace. There are French doors opening onto a private patio area from this room. On the first floor the ensuite master double has antique pine furniture and views to the livery yard and countryside. Both Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 are twin rooms with antique pine furniture and country views. The family bathroom is also on this floor. Rosebud has the space to accommodate an extra child up to the age of 12 on a put-up bed (extra charge of £25) and a cot (free of charge but guests will need to bring their own cot bedding)
2014 offer: Couples who stay in Rose Bud for a week at any time outside the school holidays will receive 15% discount and a free luxury hamper upon arrival (containing wine, chocolates, scones, jam and cream and plenty of other Cornish produce). If you bring your four-legged friend, the owners will offer to dog sit for a day during your stay.

First floor: Bedroom 1 with Double and ensuite double shower with WC and basin. Bedroom 2 with Twin. Bedroom 3 with Twin. Bathroom with bath, WC and basin.
