Polean Farm is in a lovely rural location just two miles from historic Looe, with its harbour and great family beach, and only one mile from the harbour village of Polperro. In fact the River Pol borders the farm and a gentle stroll down a lane takes you to the harbour. In the wider area are Looe Monkey Sanctuary, Fowey, The Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, many undiscovered sandy coves, and beautiful coastal walking on the South West Coastal pathway. The seven cottages offer a wide range of accommodation suitable for both family and couples, and three are pet friendly. A major attraction at Polean is the safe location and the family friendly activities on offer. There are a variety of animals on site, with weekday daily feeding of orphaned lambs, chickens, guinea pigs and rabbits; as well pony or tractor barrel rides. The farm has a working livery yard and guests are welcome to visit the stables. A very well equipped outdoor activity play area with trampoline and indoor play barn with air-hockey, table football and pool will keep everyone happy at all times of the year.
Little Owls is an imposing detached, upside down house, built to enjoy the views. A large garden surrounds the house with ample parking on a gravelled drive for up to 4 cars. The ground floor entrance hall leads to three double bedrooms furnished in country cream and pine. The master double with king size bed is a spacious room with a dressing area and access to the garden. Bedroom 2 is a twin room with double doors out to the side garden area. Bedroom 3 is a further twin room. The family bathroom has bath with shower over, and can also be accessed from Bedroom 3 and the hall. Stairs from the hallway lead up to the centre of the first floor. To the right is a large fully fitted kitchen dining room. Steps to the left lead to the spacious open plan, vaulted living/dining room. There are French doors out to the garden over a raised bridge and further floor to ceiling windows offer lovely country views over the paddocks. Leather recliner sofas and chair surround a very welcome log burner on a corner hearth, and attractive dining furniture ensure family meals can be a pleasure. Little Owls has the space to accommodate an extra child up to the age of 12 on a put-up bed (extra charge of £25) and a cot (free of charge but guests will need to bring their own cot bedding)

Bathroom with bath and shower over bath, WC and basin.
