Set on a hill close to the South West Coast Path, The Chalet By The Sea is a welcoming chalet just 200 metres from the beautiful Whitsand Bay. With sea glimpses, the open plan living and kitchen area makes a welcoming space to unwind and enjoy the views. The French doors mean you’re never more than a moment from enjoying the peace and quiet outside, and the patio makes a peaceful spot to sit back on a sun lounger and watch the paragliders as they fly overhead.
This detached chalet sits on its own site, and the large lawns to the front and back mean there’s plenty of space to unwind in the sea air. In fact, you might just spot dolphins and seals frolicking in the sea while you’re cooking up a barbeque…
Spend some time relaxing on the rear patio and enjoy the views over the Cornwall coast to the historic fishing villages of Looe and Polperro, only an hour’s drive away.
You’ll find the surf spot that’s Tregantle Bay less than a mile from The Chalet By The Sea, and you can make your way there from Whitsand Bay with a wander along the sand. Whitsand Bay’s a safe bathing beach popular with families, and with lifeguards during the summer and mile after mile of golden sand, it’s one of our favourite spots for a bucket and spade day.Whitsand Bay’s home to some of Cornwall’s most breathtaking stretches of coastline, and you’ll find your pick of sandy beaches and sleepy coves within easy reach.
