Set within the peaceful rural village of Trezelah only 2 miles from Penzance, S100947 offers an idyllic retreat perfect for the whole family. This charming cottage has an abundance of character features including slate flooring, granite stone walls and of course the wood burning stoves for those cooler evenings. On the ground floor the large entrance hall leads you to a spacious kitchen and dining room, with handmade kitchen units and Nobel range which is fired up from autumn to spring. Off the kitchen there is a large double bedroom with pot-bellied wood burner and patio doors that lead out to the pretty garden. Also on the ground floor are two further twin bedrooms and the family bathroom. On the first floor there is an open plan sitting room, complete with wood burning stove and patio doors that lead you to a balcony with gorgeous countryside views across the Penwith landscape. Off the living room there is the master double bedroom with en-suite shower room and nursery.
Trezelah is a small hamlet situated a five minute drive north of Penzance in West Cornwall. Surrounded by fields with gorgeous views of the Penwith Moorlands, otherwise known as Poldark country, this location is perfect for those looking to explore this rugged landscape. The popular tourist destinations of St Ives, Marazion and Land’s End are all within a 30 minute drive, as well as some of Cornwall’s finest beaches including the tropical paradise of Porthcurno.
This property provides a low occupancy discount for groups of 6 or less for certain dates throughout the season.
