On the estate, you’ll find plenty to see and do – children will love the inflatable obstacle course, football camp, tennis courts and on-site bike, canoe and kayak hire, whilst the adults can spend time enjoying private yoga sessions and quiet moments in the sauna.

The wood burner casts a warm, ambient glow over this space when it’s cold outside. This floor also features the property’s third bedroom, a bunk room with 2’6″ beds for young ones. Head up to the loft to reach the final double bedroom, with Velux skylights and a picture window offering views of the lounge below. It has an en-suite shower room with WC, making this a cosy haven for two.

At ground level, this wonderful space flows effortlessly into a grassy garden with a private deck and lake access. Duck families live by the lake, so be sure to keep an eye out for cute little ones whilst relaxing outdoors. A wicker lounge set and a BBQ ensure you can spend plenty of time outdoors, and you’ve got the lake for fishing on your doorstep.
