Situated in Dawlish Warren the location offers a Blue Flag beach within walking distance and the perfect base to explore the surrounding area. With one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a bunk bedroom, this is the perfect stay for four adults and two children.
Internally, the apartment is modern with an open plan living kitchen and dining area. The large french doors provide generous natural light as well as access to the furnished patio which is ideal is for al fresco dining.
The seaside resort of Dawlish Warren offers a Blue Flag beach as well as the renowned sand spit which is home to Dawlish Warren Golf Course and Nature Reserve. Dawlish can be reached by a one and a half mile coastal walk.
Dawlish is a charming coastal town situated on the beautiful south coast of Devon. The town is heavily influenced by the Georgian and Victorian periods and there is a delightful park and brook running through the centre of town. Here you will find rare black swans and other wildlife.
The town’s railway station is nearby,offering good public transport links.The railway lines presence along the seafront make Dawlish a popular choice for train spotters and photographers hoping to catch a glimpse of the waves crashing over the exposed coastal route. The sandy beach at Dawlish is set beside this historic railway.

...the surrounding areas. We stumbled across red rock apartments by chance online when looking for a last minute getaway. The apartment was much better than expected both for cleanliness and size. It is located two minutes from sea front and not far from amenities. We had a lovely break and would definitely recommend and book again ourselves in the future. Submitted by Dave on 22/05/2016

...holiday. The beach, shops, pubs and railway station are all just 5 mins walk away. The apartments are clean and tidy and although they are close to everything, they remain quiet and private. There is plenty to do in the area whether using a car or going by train. The train fares are reasonable and it is a lovely journey to Paignton or to Exmouth. The beach is good and it is covered by RNLI lifeguards. The Boathouse pub is a little bit expensive, but has good views. There's also some amusements and shops - so something for everyone! ...Excellent accommodation, spotless on arrival. Huge living, dining and kitchen area. Lovely large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Bedrooms all good sizes, with good furniture, and lovely bedding. Very helpful staff. Can't fault Blue Chip Holidays. Had a great break. Submitted by Tracey on 17/04/2015
