The cottage is reached via a narrow, steep, gravel track of just over one third of a mile, is unsuitable for low suspension or wide vehicles and may not suit an inexperienced driver but allows the tranquility of this unique location.Ideal for a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature with coastal and countryside footpaths that lead to Peppercombe beach with its red cliffs, small waterfall and lovely rock pools all close by.

Peppercombe Holt is a special place - beautiful location and very peaceful. We had great weather and spent a lot of time walking on the coast tracks and down at the beach. Definitely recommend the property and Peter was a great host.
