There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, both of which have an en-suite wet room, and with wider doors these are perfect for those with limited mobility. The central staircase then takes you up to the first floor where you will find three more bedrooms, each enjoying the breathtaking views, and a second sitting room which is ideal for relaxing in the evening with one of your favourite films or a good book. The second floor has two final bedrooms with sloped ceilings and Velux windows which look out to the hills beyond, a delightful scene to wake up to. Outside there is a lawned garden and a paved patio with a large stone sitting and dining area. The small village of Eggleston is situated in the heart of beautiful Teesdale, between Middleton-in-Teesdale and the market town of Barnard Castle. Eggleston itself consists of a cluster of stone houses, a few farm dwellings and a local pub. Beautiful walking country is right on the doorstep, with the Pennine and Teesdale Ways, the River Tees and magnificent waterfalls at High Force all close by. Middleton-in-Teesdale lies in the heart of Teesdale, in an 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty', and offers a good range of shops, pubs and places to eat.
