Outside boasts an impressive garden with verdant lawn, delightful summer house and games room. The luxurious BBQ hut will seat up to 15 guests comfortably, and can be used in all weathers for BBQs or as a fire pit. Why not get the family together and enjoy a meal alfresco style? Views can be enjoyed from every direction, across the open countryside, yet is situated with easy transport links into the heart of Lancashire and beyond, with easy access to the Lake District and beyond. The small village of Clayton Le Dale is located in the heart of Lancashire and offers a unique destination for arts, culture and heritage, amongst rambling country moorland. Just a 30-minute drive away is the majestic Pendle Hill welcoming walkers and countryside enthusiasts to explore its ancient history and old legend myths. This property is ideally located on the edge of the Ribble Valley, and close to the Forest of Bowland. There is easy access to all that the Ribble Valley has to offer, including award winning restaurants, including Northcote Manor, a Michelin star restaurant. Closer to home in the village, however, is Samlesbury Hall, a historic site well worth a visit to see the delightfully restored 14th century architecture and beautiful grounds.

Clayton-le-Dale is a village and civil parish situated on the A59 road near Blackburn, in Lancashire. For things to do in the local area there is Wood-Sage Outdoor Education Centre offering a wide range of tailor made programmes & activities to schools, youth organisations, families and corporate groups. It is situated in East Lancashire, just a short drive from the towns and cities of Lancashire, West Yorkshire, Manchester and Liverpool.
