The property was well situated for exploring the North Norfolk coast, and the lounge and kitchen were very comfortable and well equipped. However, the beds in Sunrise left a lot to be desired. One of the single beds was so soft and creaky I would not use it, and the double bed was I believe also very worn and creaky. None of the party slept well all weekend. Also the hand basin in the bathroom was so small and so low down that washing was a feat for contortionists. I realise this bathroom was disabled friendly but surely a reasonable sized basin could be fittted in.

Lovely property, we had an excellent stay. Family of 5, including 2 teenagers and plenty of room, very spacious and clean. Would absolutely rebook this property or recommend.
