This harbour village is situated beside stretches of Northumberlands Heritage Coastline - Beadnell Bay. Established in Saxon times, Beadnell was once an important fishing village and a smuggler's haven. Nowadays, it is still a fishing village, but is equally popular with holidaymakers who come to enjoy its harbour and, of course, the nearby sandy beaches. The village has a shop, two pubs and a café serving food.

Lovely modern cottage with everything you could need. Would definitely stay again.

Consequently the property was cold and always felt damp, which spoilt the holiday as a whole. Apart from that things were ok overall, but I would find it hard to recommend this property.

Well equipped bungalow. Just a bit tight around the bed and by the bunks. Would have liked a shelf in bathroom and an armchair in lounge. Excellent choice of seating in the garden.
