Alternatively, head to Gulliver’s Kingdom (7.5 miles), a family-friendly theme park with plenty of thrilling rollercoasters to keep everyone entertained.
In the evening, return to your cottage to relax by the glowing wood burner. Step inside this gorgeous 17th-century stone cottage and you’ll immediately appreciate the traditional styling in the cosy lounge and the practical kitchen diner adjacent, each with accent stone walls and beamed ceilings. Sink onto a sofa and make yourself at home before heading into the country-style kitchen to whip up some dinner for your loved ones.
