Sweeping across from this is a second sitting room with its own TV and DVD. Ideal for quiet reading or for the children to enjoy their own viewing. This room can be converted into a double bedroom utilising a comfortable sofa bed and has the benefit of an en suite wet room consisting of Shower, Basin and WC. The well equipped kitchen offers plenty of space to prepare meals to serve at the dining table. Downstairs, a cellar accessible from both inside and out, provides a convenient space to securely store bikes and boots after a day exploring the surrounding area. This room also benefits from heating and a dehumidifier so is ideal for drying wet clothes. On the first floor you will find a well-presented Master bedroom with a superking sized bed and an equally well appointed twin room, along with a large family bathroom. Just a short walk away, Chapel-en-le-Frith offers a selection of real ale bars, cafe's and independent shops. Just four miles further, lies the spa town of Buxton, with its Pavillion Gardens and splendid Victorian Opera House, attracting people from all over the world. Just four miles away lies the spa town of Buxton, famous not only for its therapeutic spring water, but also for its Pavillion Gardens and splendid Victorian Opera House, which boasts a variety of shows, attracting people from all over the world.

Two sitting rooms; one of which can be made into a 3rd bedroom using the comfortable double sofa bed, this ground floor sitting room also benefits from having an en suite wet room with a walk in shower.

Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC.

Cellar with laundry/drying room may also be used for bike storage.
