On the ground floor of this Lingdale cottage there are two spacious open plan living areas, connected with an interlinking door, both offering a kitchen and dining area, as well as a sitting area, ensuring plenty of space to spread out, and ideal for two family groups sharing the property. With light and airy rooms, this Lingdale cottage provides comfortable holiday accommodation, with easy access to both the stunning surrounding countryside and the popular coast. Note: This property adjoins Refs. 7403 and 7404, together they sleep 15.

The village of Lingdale is set on the edge of the North York Moors National Park and offers a pub and shop. Just four miles away is the town of Saltburn-by-the-Sea, which boasts shops, art galleries, pubs and restaurants, a pier and sandy beaches. Close by is the popular towns of Whitby and Scarborough.

This property can also be booked along side The Cow Byre (7403) and The Calf house (7404) to accommodate group bookings of up to 15 people.

    .lovely cottage with great views. Everything we needed was there..it was warm and clean..the dogs loved the enclosed field. Beautiful seating outside the back door plus seating at the front,great for your morning coffee in the sunshine..

    Really good set up for 2 family groups. Good location for moors and the coast. Will definitely be re booking.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our week. Our Dog Mabel had a great time too especially running after rabbits on one of the fields ( No rabbits were harmed during this review! ). The cottages were just right for our stay.
