Very well equipped property and brilliant location for central Brighton. Plenty of space for 8 people. Clear information of what to do on arrival and departure.

We were really disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. Bread left from previous occupier, kitchen cupboards disgustingly dirty, no cleaning spray for us to clean sides down. Bad limescale on bathroom shower, toilet seat didn’t look like it had been cleaned properly.

The house was lovely and as we expected, perfect for a hen weekend, however, on arrival both toilets had no toilet roll, it would have been nice to have had at least one toilet roll in each bathroom, it would have also been nice to have had a spare bin bag as only 1 was supplied and as the bins was a short walk down the road and around a corner it would have been helpful to have a spare. Overall, we had a lovely weekend.
