This unique holiday apartment is so named because of its superb roof terrace on the 4th floor of the building, which offers views of the pier and out to sea in one direction, and across the town to the South Downs in the other. If the weather is inclement the views can still be enjoyed from the conservatory. Situated in the middle of town with easy access to wine bars, pubs and restaurants, the apartment is only a short walk from Eastbourne station providing links to London. The accommodation is on the third floor and views of the pier can also be enjoyed from the kitchen window! Ideally placed for a visit to Airbourne, Eastbourne’s international Airshow. You can enjoy the fireworks in the summer on a Wednesday evening or simply fish off the end of the pier for mackerel. Bexhill, Hastings and Brighton are all accessible by car, bus or train. Beach 150 yards. Shop, pub and restaurant 25 yards.

    "A wonderful flat to stay any time from a weekend to a two week summer holiday.The flat has a wonderful view straight down to the sea and Eastbourne Peer.It´s well equipped, has good wifi, is clean and tidy and has a wonderfull roof top terrace.As it is situated right in the town center, you should not expect it to be too quiet, but that´s no big problem. On the other hand, everything is just around the corner and for everyday shopping you can pop just around the corner, no car needed.On road parking is for permit holders only, but the owner has always provided us with sufficient visitor all day parking permits, so we never paid a penny for parking. You just have to remember putting a new parking ticket in your car every day from Monday to Saturday."

    "This is a wonderful apartment with an absolutely fantastic roof terrace with panoramic views, including the sea and pier. The central location means that you do not need to drive if you want to enjoy a nice meal out. The owners are very friendly and they went over and beyond to make our stay a good one."

    "From the roof you can see the Pier/sea. Access is tight with a narrow staircase for the last two flights. The key pickup was great with a saved parking space closeby. A welcome milk, tea, cake package was appreciated.With so much to do within walking distance we mainly just slept in the accomodation.Location is awesome. Well worth any other challenges."

    "We had a great stay at S13945 and Anthony showed us around when we arrived and was always on hand if we had any questions as we went along etc.Yes - there are stairs, but not steep, my Mum is 75 and she managed them ok, you need the stairs to enjoy the fantastic view from the roof terrace!The flat is opposite a pub so it can get a little noisy at night but it all quietens down to allow a very good sleep!The apartment is a 5 min walk from Eastbourne Pier and a 10 min walk into Esatbourne Shopping Centre so very convenient - would definitely stay here again!"
