This lovely cottage with private parking, is perfectly placed to explore the winding cobbled streets of Rye, visit the famous Mermaid Inn and browse the many antiques shops and independent boutiques and art galleries. It is also a haven for walkers with the river Rother on the doorstep and Camber Sands and Winchelsea beach close by. The cottage has old world charm and all you could need for a comfortable holiday with a wood burning stove for cosy winter evenings. The welcoming Globe Inn Marsh is just opposite the terrace of cottages and specialises in fresh locally produced food, with live music on Thursdays evenings.

Garden: An enclosed courtyard garden with some shrubs, and garden furniture. Rear gate to parking area and access for bikes.
Parking: Private parking behind the property. There is also a garage that can be used for bike storage.
Heating: Gas central heating and wood burning stove.
Notes: The stairs to the second floor are slightly steep and access is via Bedroom 2. The pub offers very good food and has live music on a Thursday night - it is not generally noisy.Market day Thursday and Wednesday (Farmer's Market) A travel cot can be provided.
Pets: The property will accept up to 2 dogs.
