A magnificent Grade II listed barn conversion and an adjacent studio apartment, situated on a small equestrian farm surrounded by fields and woodlands, can be booked together to offer accommodation for up to 8, in the grounds of an equally ancient farmhouse. Heavily beamed throughout, The Old Barn which sleeps 6, has stunning vaulted ceilings and high quality oak carpentry and offers a spacious open plan living area which can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests around the dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom on the ground floor and two further bedrooms on the first floor.  The ground floor has under floor heating throughout and there is a wet room, suitable for guests with mobility requirements.   The Apartment has an open plan living area with a separate double bedroom and bathroom.  There is a small kitchenette with a cooker and a fridge.  Access is via an outside wooden staircase with a handrail.   It is situated close to the pretty village of Mayfield which has shops and a pub and for the young ones Drusillas Park at Alfriston, the Bluebell Railway and Go Ape at Bedgebury are a must as is Royal Tunbridge Wells for its cafe culture, great restaurants and its range of independent shops.
