Just a couple of minutes walk from the Quay, High Street and train station but with the added bonus of having off street parking! The house was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented and has a well maintained sun trap of a garden. The owners have thoughtfully kitted the property out with pretty much everything you might need which makes it the ideal home-from-home. 10/10 would stay again!

The Prosecco and wine that welcomed us on arrival was a nice touch. This is a minor point, but better lighting in the living room would have made our stay more comfortable—a few more lamps for instance. There is a lovely log burner in the living room but we could only locate a couple of logs and kindling in the understairs cupboard and no matches. Having access to at least a couple of days worth of kindling and logs would have been a nice touch especially as we were staying over a bank holiday when a lot of places to purchase these were shut. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at No 7 Waterloo Road.

It has been really well fitted out and we really enjoyed our stay. It’s so convenient for all the amenities of Lymington and the wider area. Having parking is a real benefit too. We would definitely stay here again. The industrial building opposite has been mentioned in other reviews but for us we had very little noise from it and definitely wouldn’t let it put us off staying here. We loved it.
