For walking and cycling lovers you have the New Forest National Park to explore, with a charming history, breath-taking landscape and wildlife including the famous New Forest ponies. Bike hire is easily available in the Forest. For budding chefs the famous ‘Chewton Glen’ Hotel & Spa is less than 1 mile away where you can book yourself onto an exclusive cookery course. Also close by is the town of Highcliffe, where you will find a castle, the Steamer Point Nature Reserve, a golf course and a sandy beach.
