I recently stayed here with 10 friends and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The house is situated in a lovely setting, the only downside were the many steps. We all felt that the house was very tired and in need of some love and we were unable to open the windows in the downstairs bedroom, but it is a truly beautiful house over looking the Channel with some amazing furniture and a relaxing garden and back terrace. We had reserved a table at the Smugglers Inn on Saturday night but one of our party was in a leg brace and had a broken collar bone, so they packed us our pre ordered food in takeaway containers and we ate it at The Cottage (it was very tasty)! Henry, the owner was very helpful and always to hand if you needed him (which thankfully we didn't)! x
