Wonderful Worth Cottage sleeping up to 5 guests

A light and spacious family home on one level with a pretty enclosed garden, and you can bring your four legged friend too.

A lovely spacious bright house for a family holiday in the quiet picturesque village of Worth, just outside the town of Sandwich. It has two pubs in close proximity which serve good food. There is a little duck pond at the end of the village which has a cute duck house on it. If you fancy a game of golf, you are spoilt for choice with three links courses close by. There are great walks from the doorstep and if ornithology is of interest, the renowned bird sanctuary on Sandwich Bay is well worth a visit. The seaside town of Deal is just a few minutes drive way, with the wonderful shingle beaches, pier and esplanade, not to mention the 2 castles to visit and some fascinating shops in the old town.          Shop: 1.5 miles               Pub: 0.1 mile                 Coast: 1.5 miles 


Step through the front door into a carpeted hallway


Accommodation is all on Ground Floor level:
Open plan Sitting /Dining Room


Sitting Room Area is carpeted, with two two seater sofas, coffee table, coal effect electric fire and large patio doors across the width of the house.  There is a music system and t.v. with freeview service
Dining Room Area has wood effect laminate flooring, serving hatch from kitchen, table and 5 chairs.
Kitchen although small is fully fitted with everything you need.  There is a slimline dishwasher, a microwave, a double oven with grill, a ceramic hotplate and a fridge
Utility Room has doors leading to the front and back of the house.  There is a washing machine and a freezer plus plenty of cupboard space
Bathroom has laminate flooring and a corner shower, there is a heated towel rail a hand basin and w.c.


Leading off the central hallway...

Bedroom 1 is carpeted and has a super king size bed with bedside tables and lamps, there is a fitted wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a dressing table
Bedroom 2 also carpeted and has two single beds with bedside tables and lamps, with a fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers with bedside tables
Bedroom 3 is carpeted and has a single bed with  bedside table and lamp, there is a small wardrobe and a chest of drawers


Parking:  There is ample parking on the private drive in front of the house for at least 4 cars
Garden: A large mature and fully enclosed garden with a patio and garden furniture.  It is beautifully planted with flowers and  shrubs and plenty of lawn space for children to enjoy.  There is side access for bikes which could be stored in the garden
Heating: Gas central heating.
Notes: A travel cot and high chair are available for guest use. Please note there is a greenhouse in the garden please monitor young children.
