The large kitchen/dining room is the natural hub of the home. A long dining table with benches runs along the rear side of the room resting upon an ancient flagstone floor, which is bathed in natural light from the French doors that lead out to the rear patio and garden. Long lengths of gorgeous granite top off the kitchen units, and everything you need to prepare those large family meals is provided including a range oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. From the kitchen/dining room you can access the snug with its large HD TV with Netflix and Blu-ray player. It is perfect for unwinding in, or for your young ones to play whilst you’re able to keep an eye on them from the kitchen. The snug is also equipped with a double sofa bed.
    Across the hallway is the spacious living room with plenty of comfy sofas for all to relax in plus another large HD TV with Netflix and Blu-ray player. There are six bedrooms and two bathrooms in the house in total. Bedrooms 5 and 6 at the rear of the house are adjoined, you have to go through 5 to get to 6, so are more suited for a family group. Outside, there is a fantastic garden for picnics, games and plenty of room for the dogs to run around in. There is also the use of the barbecue in the warmer months.
    Selsey is a popular seaside town with several beaches and can be found 8 miles south of the cathedral city of Chichester, only a short drive away from the highly popular Goodwood, Fontwell, Chichester Festival Theatre and Portsmouth, with its historic ships. Selsey’s fishing industry has always been at the heart of the town. It is home to one of the few remaining fishing fleets on the south coast, which provide fish and seafood to leading London restaurants. Selsey crab is widely accepted as some of the best in the world, a fact which the local restaurants and pubs are all keen to promote, so make sure you pay them a visit and give it a try.
