Spacious and welcoming from the moment you step out of the lift and into your hallway, you are greeted by wooden flooring throughout and neutral décor with hints of the sea nearby! There is a bright open plan living space, with a fully equipped kitchen, great for preparing any meal you wish. There is also a breakfast bar and a large dining table for six guests. The living area boasts two triple sofas, super-comfortable and perfect for relaxation on a lazy day or after outdoor adventures! There are three double bedrooms; the first with a kingsize bed and en-suite shower. The second has the clever option of twin singles, or when together, a super kingsized bed; both of these rooms have views of the ocean. There is a smaller double bed in bedroom three. The impressively roomy family bathroom has beautiful Mediterranean-style tiling and a shower over the bath. There is a small balcony set off from the living area, where two can sit and watch the world go by and the sunset and enjoy morning coffee.
The iconic Fistral Beach, renowned worldwide for its watersports, especially surfing and the natural beauty of the Gannel Estuary are within walking distance, whilst coastal paths revealing memorable vistas await. The family-friendly Blue Reef Aquarium and Newquay Zoo are nearby, whilst the plethora of surf and boutique shops, pubs, cafes, and restaurants are all within easy reach. Further afield, discover more vast, sandy beaches with cliff tops, coves, and rock pools along with the buzzing harbour towns of Padstow and the fishing village of Port Isaac are must-visits! We had a wonderful time in a superb apartment. It was ideally situated and incredibly well fitted out. It was the first apartment we would have gladly exchanged for our home!Highly recommend.

Excellent accommodation would recommend highly. No local shops by but that’s fine for us as we walked every day.Only slight issue was the parking bay, which was right next to a building and was very tight with other cars parked next to it and could be a struggle for people with disability who need more access to their car (appreciate this is not the apartment owners fault but worth pointing out). There were other key boxes on the wall next to the parking bay which could be difficult for people who require their keys when we were parked.But overall it was a fantastic apartment with plenty of space, appliances, cutlery etc.Would definitely book again.

Great accommodation but the parking company are over zealous. Fines despite permits being displayed. Expensive accommodation spoilt by parking fines. Would not return because of this unfortunately.
